Pasta with minced beef and yogurt sauce

Ingredients

100 g  Onions
500 g Minced beef
20 g MCT Oil 77 % (Kanso)
600 g Tomatoes
To taste Salt, pepper, paprika powder, herbs
500 g Pasta
23.5 g (1 pouch) KetoBiota (Kanso)
500 g Yogurt, 1.5 % fat
4 cloves Garlic

Preparation
Step 1

Peel and finely dice the onions and fry them together with the minced beef in MCT Oil 77 %.

Step 2

Wash and dice the tomatoes and steam briefly. Add spices and herbs to the minced beef sauce to taste.

Step 3

In the meantime, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.

Step 4

For the yogurt sauce, mix KetoBiota with the yogurt. Peel and finely chop or grate the garlic. Add garlic and spices to the yogurt sauce to taste.

Step 5

Serve pasta together with minced beef and yogurt sauce.
