Blueberry porridge
Ingredients
Provides 934.3 kcal per 483.5 g
200 ml | Almond drink, without sugar |
23.5 g (1 pouch) | KetoBiota (Kanso) |
55 g | Egg |
5 g | Locust bean gum |
45 ml | Rapeseed oil |
10 ml | MCT Oil 100 % (Kanso) |
120 g | Blueberries |
25 g | Almond paste |
Preparation
Step 1
Put the almond drink in a saucepan and bring to the boil with KetoBiota, egg and locust bean gum, stirring constantly. Set the saucepan aside and allow the mixture to cool.
Step 2
After the mixture has cooled down a bit, add rapeseed oil and MCT Oil 100 % and mix everything together.
Step 3
Heat the blueberries in a small saucepan for 3 to 4 minutes and add to the porridge. Alternatively, the blueberries can be cooked directly with the porridge. At the end, top with almond paste.
