Chia raspberry dessert
Ingredients

23.5 g (1 pouch) | KetoBiota (Kanso) |
20 g | Almond drink, without sugar |
3 g | Chia seeds |
6 g | Raspberries |
10 g | KetVit (Kanso) |
5 g | Pecan nuts |
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix KetoBiota with the almond drink and stir in chia seeds.
Step 2
In a dessert glass, alternate layers of raspberries and KetoBiota cream. Finish with a layer of KetVit.
Step 3
Decorate with chia seeds, raspberries and pecan pieces. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
