18 g KetVit (Kanso)
To taste Stevia
7 g Blueberries
15 g Raspberries
Used Kanso products

Preparation
Step 1

Whip the Soy cuisine together with the locust bean gum to a cream. Stir in KetVit and season with stevia. Whip again.

Step 2

Serve together with the berries.
