Stuffed mushrooms with spinach and feta
Ingredients

20 g | Walnuts |
30 g | Spinach |
40 g | Feta |
15 ml | MCT Oil 77 % (Kanso) |
To taste | Salt, Pepper |
Preparation
Step 1
Remove the stalk from the mushrooms and hollow them out a little. Finely chop the walnuts.
Step 2
Mix the spinach leaves with the feta cheese, walnuts and MCT Oil 77 % oil and season with salt and pepper to taste
Step 3
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
