Tacos with zucchini
Ingredients

Preparation
Step 1
Grate the zucchini and squeeze. Mix the grated zucchini with the egg and MCTfiber.
Step 2
Form patties and fry in a pan in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
Step 3
Top with cream cheese and mortadella.
